1. Services

This website is operated by a independent web designer offering design and development services including but not limited to landing page design, brand identity, UI/UX design, and website builds. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each project are outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal issued prior to work commencing.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, visuals, case studies, and design work — is the intellectual property of the designer unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without explicit written permission. Upon full payment for a completed project, the client receives usage rights to the final deliverables as agreed in the project proposal.

3. Project Agreements

Work only begins once a project proposal has been signed and a deposit has been received. Any changes to scope after work has commenced may result in revised timelines and additional fees. Rush requests outside of agreed schedules are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project proposal. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. The designer reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

The designer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or this website. The designer's total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the designer operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
